On the lighter side
with Rick Quick
So apparently, I am now old! I was out to dinner with another couple who are slightly younger than me including my wife and the waitress said to them and I quote “How nice it is that you’re taking your father out to dinner.” No tip for her! Then again last night I was meeting my wife at Verona Beach where seniors get in for free with ID. My wife had to show her ID for proof. I showed up 30 minutes later but forgot my wallet. As I was rolling down the window, she just looked at me and waved me through! Wow I am Old!
Lastly, we went to see Jersey Boys and discovered that for over 30 years I was singing the song “My eyes adore you” slightly different. I thought it was “My Eyes of Georgia!” I like my version better! You will probably hum this song the rest of the day now!
Have a great week!
